• VAT Number (if applicable)
• Registered Business Address
• Contact Person Details
• Active WhatsApp Number

You must comply with local business laws and have the authority to sell goods online.

3. Product Listings & Compliance

Sellers are responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and restricted products as per local regulations.

Surf reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and ensure products are delivered as described.

Any delays or stock issues must be communicated to the buyer immediately.

Sellers must follow Surf’s guidelines for packaging and shipping.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments for completed sales will be processed through Surf’s payment system.

Any platform commission or transaction fees will be deducted as per Surf’s pricing policy.

Sellers must maintain an active bank account for payments.

6. Returns, Refunds & Customer Support

If a product is defective, incorrect, or misrepresented, sellers are responsible for providing a resolution to the customer.

Failure to handle disputes properly may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

Surf collects seller data, including business and banking details, for verification and transaction purposes.

Surf will not share your personal or financial information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Sellers must also protect customer data and comply with privacy regulations.

8. Prohibited Activities & Compliance

Sellers must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent products, or manipulate Surf’s platform.

Violation of terms may lead to account suspension or termination.

9. Termination & Account Suspension

Surf reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate platform rules.

Sellers may also request account deactivation at any time, but pending orders must be fulfilled.

By signing up as a seller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
