Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

Returns and exchanges are subject to the return eligibility of each product. Customers must carefully review the product description to determine whether an item is returnable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty products

  • Items purchased during special offers or sales

Process for Eligible Returns

If the product is eligible for return, customers must:

  1. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all labels intact. Items purchased as sets must be returned in full.

  2. Fill out the return request form ---- ( click here ) .

  3. Attach a copy of the proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice).

  4. Provide any other supporting proof if applicable (e.g., images of defects for damaged items).

  5. The delivery agent will collect the product from the original delivery address.

  6. Once the return is shipped, customers must inform us via email at support@surf.mt.

Return Timeframes & Conditions

  • Change of Mind Returns: If the product is returnable, customers may return it within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If a defect is discovered, customers must notify Surf within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. The return will only be accepted if the defect is not due to improper handling by the customer.

Return Form Requirement

All returns must include a completed return request form, proof of purchase, and any other supporting proof required to process the request.
